One phrase in training left me guessing a little
The training and onboarding mostly made sense as far as the instructions and labels go. Most terms used on the dashboard and within the software were straightforward. However, there was one phrase in the training script that felt vague and unclear to me. It took a moment before I was sure what was actually meant. Apart from that, the flow of information was warm and helpful without being too overwhelming. I appreciated that the instructors did not rush through and spoke kindly, which made me comfortable while learning the setup and calling features. That one unclear label stood out but did not derail the whole experience by any means.
