One part of onboarding was surprisingly clear, rest was okay
Overall, the training and onboarding had a mixed feel for me. While many parts of the software were introduced in a reasonably clear manner, the terminology used sometimes felt a bit dense or tech-heavy, which disrupted flow. However, I will say the section that explained the database feature stood out for being particularly good. That part broke down how to effectively organize contacts and integrate calling tools without too much jargon. On the other hand, some other modules, especially those related to automatic updates and advanced dialer settings, could have used simpler explanations or more examples. This occasionally left me wondering if I had missed some important steps during onboarding. The sign-up and invoicing steps were more straightforward in comparison, with fairly clear layouts and minimal confusion. I don’t want to underline negativity since the warm approach in training was evident, and I’m sure future versions will iron out the rough patches. Still, the one database feature explanation was the highlight that helped keep me confident enough to keep using the product.
