one-offs tricky, but daily use is actually quite easy
I started the onboarding and was surprised at how much setup was a one-time thing like creating the database and logging in. The training made it feel like a big deal but honestly once those main steps were done, calling with the dialer every day got really straightforward. That said, I felt like some ongoing configurations popped up now and then, which could be a bit annoying if you're new, like tweaking call settings or updating the contact list. The automatic updates helped by fixing minor bugs without much fuss though. On the downside, getting used to the payment process took longer than I expected which was frustrating. Overall, I’d say the good far outweighs the bad here - once that initial learning curve passed, using the software felt natural and I didn't need to dig back into the training repeatedly, which helped a lot too.
