One-off Setup Went Smoothly, Ongoing Processes More Tedious
I've explained the onboarding flow to a few colleagues already, but just to be clear: the initial set-up was very much a one-time effort. The training session covered the basics, and once I'd input my database and got a handle on the dialer tools, it was straightforward. However, the ongoing part required me to revisit some training materials multiple times, especially with automatic updates changing things subtly. The calling software integrated well, but dialing through the week occasionally felt clunky when updates rolled out. Still, I'd say the division between one-off setup and ongoing tasks is sharp here. Your first few hours will feel heavy with setup but later it shifts to maintaining your flow and adapting to small changes. The telephonic support was consistent, though it tends to focus on immediate concerns, meaning some of the deeper process questions needed my own initiative. I'm weary of repeating this, but overall, the onboarding split was clear enough to manage without constant external help, which makes the experience manageable long term.
