One-off setup was smooth, ongoing use mostly fine
The initial setup with WFHI’s software was pretty straightforward, and I appreciated how much of it was a one-time process rather than something to repeat every time I logged in. Entering my details into the database and configuring the dialer felt like tasks I’d only do once, after which the system adapted well to my daily workflow. What stood out though was how consistent the automatic updates were in adding useful features without requiring fresh setups from my side. Still, I sometimes felt the calling tools needed a bit more flexibility for ongoing tweaks after that first setup, which made me wish certain adjustments were easier without revisiting menus or tutorials. Training helped break down the basics well, but beyond the first days, things largely became self-driven. Invoicing and sign-ups all felt simple, helping get me onto the platform quickly. Overall, the one-off parts worked as expected, and ongoing usage was generally smooth except for some minor snags with continued customization.
