One-off setup stood out for its thoroughness
Looking back after several weeks, what stood out the most was how much of the initial setup required careful attention compared to running ongoing workflows afterward. The sign-up and payment process took a bit of time but was detailed and comprehensive. However, once the database was set up with my contacts and calling tools configured, the daily use became far more routine and much less demanding. Updates happened automatically without needing any input, and the telephonic support was there only when I occasionally reached out, so most of the learning was a one-time effort with smooth ongoing use.
