One-off setup mostly easy, minor ongoing details
Getting started with the software and gaining access was pretty straightforward with the initial sign-up and database setup completed in a single session. That initial phase felt like a one-off effort that set the foundation well for my remote workflow. I liked how once the primary configuration was done, the dialer and calling tools integrated smoothly, requiring little daily tweaking. However, I noticed that some automatic updates occasionally demanded attention, such as approving new settings or adjusting features in ways that weren’t part of the initial setup. These updates weren’t frequent but did require me to keep an eye on progress and deal with sporadic tweak sessions. It's not a big issue but stood out as a recurring part to maintaining the system rather than a pure one-time setup. Apart from that, the telephonic support was available when I needed help with such changes and made ongoing maintenance easier. Overall, the balance between one-off configuration and small ongoing tasks was manageable and didn’t feel overwhelming.
