One moment stood out: when the software froze during a crucial update

Overall, the software did not handle unexpected problems well, which made things frustrating. One particular incident stuck with me: during a routine automatic update, the system froze completely, and I couldn’t access the database or dialer for quite some time. This was especially troublesome because I rely on those features every day. Apart from that, attempts to reach telephonic support did not bring much improvement; I was left waiting without a clear resolution. I will say the initial sign-up was straightforward, and instructions during onboarding were decent. But when things went wrong, especially with the update, the software didn't provide fail-safes or backup options, leaving me hanging. That one moment revealed how fragile the access could be, overshadowing the otherwise functional aspects.
