One moment of disappointment stood out
When I first reached out to inquire about WFHI’s services, I had high hopes but also needed clarity on what exactly they offer. During the sales and pre-purchase discussions, I found the initial explanation a bit vague and not very tailored to what I actually wanted to do with the software and training. That moment stood out because it left me uncertain whether I'd get the help I needed if I chose to proceed. Signing up and invoicing seemed okay later, but the hesitation from that moment has lingered. I’m not convinced I'd rely on their support as much for complicated questions in the future. The calling tools seemed fine overall, and the software had basic features, but the way they handled that early conversation left me with doubts. For my next time considering this kind of service, I would expect more precise pre-purchase guidance to avoid any repeat frustration.
