One label that actually made sense
When I was looking through the sign-up flow, I found most of the labels and wording confusing, honestly. There was a lot that seemed like jargon or unclear terms, which made getting started more frustrating than it needed to be. But I have to admit, at least the section about updating billing information was straightforward enough to avoid any extra trouble at that stage. Beyond that part, I can't say the instructions clicked for me properly. It seemed like some buttons didn’t do what the labels suggested, and I was often guessing what to expect. The onboarding overall felt somewhat vague, and the database setup wasn’t very intuitive from the descriptions provided. I kept wondering if I missed something important. The dialer tool didn’t have much guidance either, so using it just by intuition was tough. The only relief was the clear wording when managing invoices, which I could handle without stress. But otherwise, the wording and labels felt like a weak spot for the software experience at the start.
