Looking back at my experience with the software labels and wording during the pre-purchase stage, I can say most of it was pretty straightforward and intuitive. The terms used on the dashboard and menus generally mirrored what I expected from a remote workflow tool, which helped reduce my initial confusion. However, there was one label that caught me off guard: "Client Pipeline". At first, I wasn’t sure if this referred to potential leads or something already active. This caused a bit of hesitation as I navigated the onboarding flow, making me double-check the documentation. Beyond that, the steps were clear, and the sign-up and invoicing process proceeded without hassle. The automatic updates installed smoothly without interfering with my work. Overall, while the wording made sense largely, refining that single confusing label would improve usability for new customers. I’m confident I would be comfortable signing up again, now that I understand the flow better. The clarity of most labels did help me get accustomed to the software faster than I expected, which I appreciated despite that one hiccup.
