One confusing billing step ruined it for me

I assumed the billing and payment part would be as straightforward as the sign-up process, but it turned out to be a headache day to day. Each invoice seemed to pop up late or with unclear payment due dates, which meant I was always chasing to avoid disruptions. I had expected a simple, consistent invoice flow, but what actually happened was far from that — late fees triggered even though I thought I was on time, which was frustrating. The system’s automatic updates also changed some payment terms without clear explanation, adding to my confusion. Dialing the support line for billing clarification was slow and not very helpful, unlike what I had hoped. Since billing is such a crucial part of any subscription service, the lack of clarity here overshadowed other positive software features that might have otherwise been attractive. From my experience, this part of the experience stood out as a consistent problem.
