One Clear Explanation Stood Out
The training modules were generally clear and concise, helping me grasp the overall workflow setup fairly well. What really stood out was the detailed walkthrough of the dialer integration; it was explained step-by-step, making that component much easier to understand. However, some of the smaller features could have used a bit more depth, as I found myself revisiting the dashboard instructions a couple of times. Still, the onboarding flow was smooth, with automatic updates ensuring the content stayed current. The practical examples during training did the job effectively for me. My only reservation was that the initial database setup instructions felt a little rushed, which slowed me down briefly. Otherwise, the process allowed me to get up and running quickly, which was the main goal.
