WFHI review

one bit that actually made some sense

one bit that actually made some sense

Honestly the whole sales and setup felt kinda jumbled and out of order, felt like I was doing things all backwards at moments and it was frustrating. The software by itself looked promising but getting there wasn’t straightforward because the steps seemed scattered all over the place. There was this one thing though that stood out – the telephonic support was at least available when I needed it even if the rest was confusing at times. Signing up and trying to get a handle on the billing was okay but could’ve been clearer if I saw it before going through every other step. The call tools and database were nice features but I felt lost in when to set them up during the process. Like why not have a clear, linear walkthrough? It felt more like jumping from one task to another without a clear plan. The updates were automatic, which was good, but that didn’t fix the upfront setup confusion. My take is putting the support bit near the beginning actually helped a bit with all the rest feeling out of sync.
