One aspect of training stood out but overall setup was suboptimal

I found the training and onboarding experience a bit inconsistent. The initial setup took quite a while, and most of it felt like a one-time effort, which is good because ongoing maintenance usually requires less input. However, the part that really stood out was the training on the call dialer tool. That session was thorough and actually useful for running daily tasks efficiently. Beyond that, some onboarding materials felt outdated or too generic, which made it harder to adapt the software to my specific workflow. I expected more seamless guidance, especially on integrating the database feature which seemed complicated given the documentation. Despite these shortcomings, the automatic updates worked quietly in the background and didn’t interrupt my use. The support team was polite when I contacted them but response times could be better. So while there was something beneficial in the training, much of the setup did feel more like a one-off hurdle I had to cross rather than a streamlined, integrated launch process.
