Onboarding worked well except the database setup slowed me down
Starting out with the WFHI training and onboarding was a fairly steady process. First, the initial sign-up and basic training modules were clear and accessible, which helped me get a good sense of the core workflows. Over the next few days, using the calling tools and dialer went smoothly during my regular use. I liked how the automatic updates rolled out quietly without disturbing my sessions much, which was a relief. The biggest challenge came when I tried integrating the database feature. The steps were a bit tricky, and it took me longer than I expected to get everything synced properly. After that, the system worked well, and telephonic support chipped in to assist during the rough patches, which I found very reassuring. Downloading invoices and managing payments was straightforward and didn’t get in the way of my daily work. Overall, the key moment that stood out was the difficulty with the database setup, not because it was impossible but because it took more time than I assumed it would. Other parts of the onboarding and training seemed seamless and solid, so I think the experience was more positive than not, with that one hiccup as the main downside.
