onboarding wording worked well, training labels less so
Honestly, I really liked how clear and friendly the onboarding instructions were — like the initial sign-up and paying the invoice was straightforward and easy to follow. The wording there made everything feel less intimidating. But when it came to the training and the software labels, things got a bit confusing. For example, the calling tools and the dialer had some terminology that didn’t make immediate sense to me, like when they called a feature “Session sync” but it actually meant something different in use. It felt like they could have chosen simpler or more intuitive words for some things, especially considering that not everyone has tech background. That being said, the database feature was explained well enough and the automatic updates worked quietly in the background without issues. Support was helpful when I asked for clarifications, but it was a bit frustrating to keep stopping to ask during the training. Overall, onboarding really went smoothly thanks to good wording, but the training labels themselves left me needing some extra help to fully understand.
