Onboarding wording was so confusing, felt like a huge slog

Honestly, I really struggled with the entire training because the wording and labels used just didn’t make sense to me. Every time I tried to proceed, I found myself second-guessing what a particular button or term meant which made the whole experience exhausting. I had to keep calling support multiple times but even then, their explanations seemed wrapped in jargon that didn’t help clarify things much. It felt as if they assumed prior knowledge that I did not have. The onboarding steps could have been simpler and more straightforward. I understand that software can be complex, but when the very basics of navigation are unclear, it can be a real barrier. I was ready to put in time but the unnecessary complexity wore me down. Payment was okay at least, but that didn’t make up for all the frustration from the confusing interface and instructions. I hope they rethink the way these labels and instructions are presented to make it more user-friendly.
