Onboarding Went Well but Could’ve Been a Bit More Streamlined
When I started using WFHI, I was expecting onboarding to progress in a linear and predictable way, where you'd complete one step fully before moving on to the next. Instead, I found that while the training modules and software setup were mostly well arranged, some parts felt a bit jumbled. For example, I had to toggle back and forth between the dialer setup and database customization rather than finishing all database setup first. This made me pause and compare it in my mind to other remote workflow platforms where the process is more segmental. Despite that, the step-by-step instructions and telephonic support filled in the gaps nicely. By the end, I felt comfortable and ready to use the calling features effectively, but I think a little more logical grouping of steps would make things smoother. Overall, I’d describe it to a friend as a decent experience with some room for improvement, especially to help new users avoid feeling overwhelmed by switching contexts mid-onboarding.
