Onboarding went smoothly, but setup isn’t entirely one-off
The training and onboarding for the WFHI software were generally well-structured. I initially thought that most of the setup would be a one-time effort, but I found that some components required ongoing adjustments. The initial configuration of the database and calling tools went without complications, and the onboarding sessions introduced me to the main features without overwhelming detail. However, keeping the database up-to-date and managing the call dialer settings involved recurrent fine-tuning during actual usage. Updates to the software arrived automatically, which reduced some maintenance tasks. Though I expected the process to be mostly upfront setup, it turned out to be a bit more iterative. This meant I spent additional time after onboarding tweaking settings to fit my workflow better. Overall, the experience was positive, and the training prepared me well for those continued adjustments, but it’s not entirely a set-it-and-forget-it system.
