Onboarding wasn't flawless, but managed enough
I began the onboarding process hopeful about getting everything set up for our remote workflow quickly; WFHI's training and setup path was a mix of smooth and quirky turns. The initial setup steps were quite straightforward — logging in, setting up the database, even the dialer integration had a decent flow. However, some configurations felt like one-off issues, particularly syncing the contact lists which required repetitive fine-tuning beyond the initial attempts. The training modules tried to balance foundational knowledge and practical tips, but at times I felt a need for more clarity around recurring updates that I would have to manage later. The onboarding helpdesk was helpful enough but not super fast, so the early days required juggling some guesswork alongside the tutorial content. While the software definitely fulfills core expectations, the division between one-time setup and ongoing maintenance tasks could be clearer, ensuring less confusion down the line. I think the software gets the job done but with a bit more polish on onboarding guidance, it could feel a lot more user-friendly — especially for those new to remote workflow software.
