Onboarding was thorough and took some real effort
When I first signed up, I figured the training and onboarding might be a quick overview, but it turned out to be more detailed than I expected. Initially, I went through the basic software setup, which included linking the database and understanding how the dialer works. That took some focus, but it was manageable. Next came the training sessions where they walked me through how to run remote workflows and explained the importance of automatic updates. Each step gradually built on the previous one, so I wasn’t overwhelmed. The telephonic support offered afterwards helped clarify a few doubts I had about payment and invoicing. It wasn’t a walk in the park though; I put in real effort to understand the system fully, spending a couple of sessions carefully going over the training materials. So from sign-up to becoming comfortable with the software, it was quite a well-paced process that required my active participation rather than just passive reading.
