Onboarding was straightforward, ongoing setup not so much
The initial training and onboarding with WFHI were alright; getting started was mostly smooth and helped me understand the basics quickly. However, most of what I needed to do after the initial setup involved ongoing adjustments that felt like a constant chore. Instead of one clear setup phase, I kept encountering features that required repeated tuning and reconfiguration, which was frustrating. The training didn’t prepare me well for these ongoing tasks, and it felt like I was left to figure out a lot on my own. On the positive side, the basic setup and initial use of the software were documented clearly and easy to follow. But overall, the burden of ongoing tweaks made the experience less stellar. I would say the balance was fine for onboarding but skewed toward more demanding maintenance after that point, which impacted my satisfaction with the process.
