Onboarding was straightforward and logical

Training and onboarding processes were arranged in a sensible sequence. Each step followed naturally from the last, making it easy to keep track of progress without feeling overwhelmed. Starting from signing up to learning the dialer and database features, the structure helped me build confidence gradually. Although some parts required patience, like waiting for telephonic support at times, overall the plan was clear and well thought out. The order encouraged a smooth familiarity with the software instead of juggling too many components at once. My experience showed the developers had prioritized sensible flow, which I appreciated fully.
