I had tried a few other onboarding services before, and I expected the process here to be just as generic and rushed. However, the initial phases were actually smoother than anticipated, with clear walkthroughs and a helpful introduction to the calling tools. On the downside, the training sessions themselves didn't go as deep into the workflows as I had hoped, leaving some questions unanswered which previous courses had handled a bit better. While the overall experience felt paced well and the database integration was straightforward, I think the level of detail in the training should be improved to match or exceed what others offer. Still, it felt more personal and less rushed than what I expected before signing up.
