Onboarding was pretty smooth – less than a day to settle in
My experience with the training and onboarding from WFHI was quite positive mainly because the steps were arranged in a very logical and progressive order. Right from the initial sign-up to eventually using the dialer and calling tools in tandem with the database, each phase introduced relevant features at just the right time. The setup didn’t feel rushed or confusing, and thankfully, all the training materials were aligned to those stages making it easier to grasp each function before moving to the next. I especially liked that the automatic updates were rolled out without interrupting my workflow, giving me a chance to adapt subtly. The whole process took me less than a day to feel comfortably settled into using the software actively. Invoicing and payment steps were clearly articulated and appeared right when I needed to focus on them, which reduced unnecessary overwhelm early on. A small reservation is that a few detailed explanations could have been a bit clearer, but overall the flow of onboarding was very sensible and well paced for anyone making a transition to remote workflow management.
