onboarding was pretty smooth except a minor delay in training
So I recently started using the training and onboarding from workfromhomeindia and it was mostly good. The videos and live guides made it easy to get familiar with software stuff like dialer and database. Sometimes the sessions started a little late which was a bit annoying, but overall the explanations were clear enough that I probably won't need to ask for help again next time. The steps for signing up and setting up payments went okay too, so no big issues there. I think this onboarding will make future use easier and I feel ready to handle things on my own without much trouble. I liked that they kept it simple and didn’t overwhelm with too much info at once. So yeah, minor delay but otherwise smooth process overall which makes a positive impression.
