Onboarding was okay, not flawless but worth considering again
When I first started, I thought that the onboarding and training would be just like other software platforms I had used before, quite basic and maybe a bit dry. What surprised me was that there were some parts that were more detailed and really helpful, especially the guidance on using the database feature and the dialer setup which made the workflow easier once I got through it. Still, there were some sections where the explanation was a bit quick, and I found myself needing to revisit them multiple times during the week to fully grasp how the automatic updates would affect my setup. The telephonic support came in handy a few times, and while sometimes the wait was longer than I hoped, overall the people I spoke to were patient and clear. For someone who’s done similar training before, this felt a bit more tailored but with small rough spots in pacing or support availability. Payment processing and invoicing ran smoothly with no surprises, which is always a relief. Would I do it again? Probably yes, because the parts that worked were genuinely helpful and made the platform usable for my needs, even if there’s room to polish some areas for smoother onboarding.
