Onboarding was okay, but the pace of training stood out
I started using the WFHI software with a lot of curiosity, especially about their training and onboarding process. Initially, I found the walkthroughs somewhat straightforward, but as days went by, the daily usage became a mixed bag. The training sessions were informative, but a bit inconsistent in how the material was presented. Some days it felt like the onboarding just clicked with the detailed explanations, whereas other days certain features felt glossed over or confusing. The dialer tool worked fairly well once I got used to it, though at times the user interface felt cluttered during calls. I think the database integration was helpful for organizing contacts, but I sometimes lost track of updates due to automatic changes happening in the background without much notification. Sign-up and payment were fairly standard, with clear invoicing, which I appreciated because financial matters can get tricky otherwise. Customer support was responsive but occasionally slow to resolve specific doubts about features rather than technical glitches. It felt like a gradual learning process, with some trial and error as I navigated remote workflows. The overall experience wasn't flawless but there was enough positive in daily usability to consider it reliable. What stuck with me most was how the onboarding adapted over days—not just a single setup but ongoing learning that sometimes helped, sometimes felt a bit overwhelming. So I remain cautiously optimistic about its utility, while hoping the training content gets sharpened to address those variable moments in usage.
