onboarding was mostly smooth but navigation wasnt always clear
The training and onboarding process with WFHI had some nice straightforward bits as well as a few rough patches. Like, I could easily find the sections the trainers mentioned during the sessions, which helped me stay on track. But sometimes it was confusing how to jump between modules quickly, which slowed me down when I just wanted to review specific topics. This made me spend more time than I planned, though the content itself was pretty good. Their videos and manuals were simple and approachable, so once I settled in, the help was useful. Overall, the onboarding worked well enough but I think a clearer navigation structure would really improve things. Still, I’m glad I stuck with it because the basics got covered fine and I feel prepared enough to use the software properly.
