Onboarding was detailed but less cumbersome than past experiences
Compared to other remote workflow platforms I’ve tried, the training and onboarding process at WFHI took a focused effort but was ultimately more efficient. I noticed some similarity with my previous experiences where detailed training sessions introduced multiple modules, but with WFHI, the explanations were more aligned with practical use cases. Initially, I dedicated several hours learning to use the calling tools and dialer features, which involved step-by-step tutorials. This was more time-consuming than quickly exploring the dashboard on my own but worthwhile because I felt more confident afterward. The onboarding also included guidance on maintaining the database effectively, showing updates that happen automatically to reduce manual work. One difference I saw was that WFHI’s telephonic support offered prompt answers during onboarding, saving me time that would otherwise be spent waiting for email responses in other platforms. Although the process took some dedicated time upfront, it was less of a hassle and better structured, meaning the effort invested returned benefits quickly.
