Onboarding was confusing, mainly the training part

So the setup was kind of a mixed bag. I remember the training session where they showed us the calling tools and database – some of it was a bit one-off, like setting up the dialer and accounts. But then I wasn’t sure what part was a one-time deal and what was ongoing help. Like, after the first day, I wondered if I’d keep getting guidance or if I had to figure out the rest on my own. It was confusing enough that I kept thinking about it whenever I logged in. The onboarding emails were okay but felt a bit generic and didn’t really explain the step-by-step after the initial stuff was done. The dialer setup was messy at first, not very intuitive, and so I kept coming back to the training materials, but even those were sometimes unclear about what was expected going forward. In the end, it felt like I was repeating the same setup steps over and over, which didn’t feel right. I guess maybe this would suit someone who likes to discover things themselves, since I ended up circling back to that point a lot.
