Onboarding was confusing, except the dialer setup

When I first logged in, I was expecting a straightforward onboarding process since it is a paid platform, but honestly much of it felt like I was figuring things out on my own. The training materials didn’t cover the specifics needed for the calling tools or how to import contacts into the database properly. It took several attempts and some trial and error to have a usable workflow set up. On the positive side, I found the dialer tool relatively intuitive once I got to using it, which was a relief amid other frustrations. Still, I wish the onboarding steps included clearer guidance about data syncing and automatic updates so that I didn’t keep running into issues midweek. Throughout the week, some functions felt inconsistent, pointing perhaps to incomplete training on how these features adapt to routine usage. Overall, the platform did offer what I needed in terms of features, but the way I had to piece together how to use them was frustrating and could have been avoided with better onboarding and training materials.
