Onboarding was clear but some details took longer to find
Starting with the training and onboarding at WFHI, I found the initial materials quite thorough which made a good impression. It was easy enough to follow the step-by-step guides and video tutorials at the beginning, so getting the basics was straightforward. However, when I tried to explore some of the more advanced features or find specific settings later on, it sometimes took longer than I expected. The search function helped but wasn’t always precise enough to locate the documents or videos I needed quickly. On the bright side, the platform’s structure was logical, which made overall navigation smoother after a bit of trial and error. I also appreciated the clear labeling of modules and helpful hints that popped up during the onboarding process. While I would have preferred instant access to every resource, I understand that it’s a balance to keep the content manageable and not overwhelming. So, the good parts were definitely the clear introductions and sensible layout, while the downside was a slightly slow process to find certain deeper details or tricks early on in my use.
