Onboarding was a struggle, especially when things went wrong
Getting started with WFHI’s training was somewhat challenging for me, mostly because when an issue arose, the handling felt less than smooth. During the onboarding, I encountered a technical hiccup with the dialer not linking properly to the database feature, and the process to fix it was quite cumbersome. I had to explain the problem multiple times over phone support, which consumed a lot of time and left me feeling frustrated. Apart from that specific moment, I found the overall onboarding flow unclear at times; some steps were glossed over too quickly, making it hard to keep track of progress. The automatic updates, while meant to keep things current, sometimes caused minor disruptions without prior notice, which added to the confusion. However, I can say that once everything was set up, the software’s calling tools worked steadily in daily use. Still, the effort it took to get there included extra calls and a lot of back-and-forth with support. The invoicing and payment process was straightforward, so at least that part didn’t add to the hassle, but the training and onboarding definitely demanded patience and persistence to push through when things went wrong.
