Onboarding was a bit slow but steady
I started using the WFHI training and onboarding module hoping it would speed up the process for my remote workflow setup. Initially, the first few days showed promise with clear instructions and interactive lessons, which felt warm and supportive. However, as time went on, I noticed some inconsistencies in how the platform behaved day to day. Some features seemed to be glitchy at times, such as the dialer’s responsiveness and intermittent lag when accessing the database. The automatic updates helped by fixing small bugs but occasionally caused new quirks that required me to relearn parts of the interface. Despite these hiccups, the telephonic support was reasonably helpful and always patient when I explained the issues I faced. The sign-up and payment process was straightforward, which made it easier to focus on the training itself. Overall, the experience was mixed: the onboarding took longer than I expected, and while I learned quite a bit, the platform’s day-to-day behavior could be improved for smoother operation.
