onboarding was a bit of a workout
Hey, so starting the training felt a bit overwhelming at first because there was a lot to get used to with the software interface and the way workflows were structured. By the time I finished the onboarding, I was feeling pretty confident though, but it definitely took some effort. They had multiple modules and some parts required me to really pay attention and practice using the dialer and database features. The videos and live sessions helped a lot but I had to replay some parts to fully understand. Also, the updates during training sometimes confused me but overall the trainers were patient and made sure I caught up. So yeah, it was definitely a bit of a challenge but manageable and I feel ready to use things properly now.
