Onboarding was a bit more hassle than expected
I went through the WFHI training and onboarding with the hope that it would be a one-time setup, after which I could smoothly run my remote workflows. However, it felt like several parts of the setup needed repeated attention and adjustments even after the initial training sessions. While the first few steps were okay and the training material was comprehensive enough, I had to revisit the onboarding steps quite often to make sure the calling tools and database features were configured correctly. It seemed that some updates were automatic but others required manual tweaking, which I hadn’t anticipated. I wouldn’t say the process was terrible, but definitely more frustrating than I expected when simply trying to get started efficiently. I told a friend it was like setting up something that keeps needing little fixes at random times instead of being a smooth one-off deal. So while parts of the training were fine, the ongoing effort to get everything working added more complexity than I had bargained for.
