Onboarding training was efficient but lacked depth
The training and onboarding I received with WFHI software was noticeably more structured compared to what I'd used before. The modules were clearly presented and easy to understand, which helped me get started quickly. However, I did find that the content didn’t cover some of the more advanced tips and tricks that would be helpful for streamlining remote workflows. The onboarding flow was fairly straightforward, but I wish there had been a few more hands-on examples or interactive sessions. In contrast, my previous training programs delved deeper into certain functionalities. Still, overall, the process worked well enough to get me operational and was definitely better organized than older training I participated in.
