Onboarding training much more useful than before

My previous experience with remote workflow software training was mostly rushed and generic, so I wasn’t expecting much when I joined the WFHI onboarding sessions. However, the difference was immediately clear. The training here was much more hands-on and tailored to realistic daily tasks rather than abstract concepts. For example, learning to use the calling tools and dialer integrated with the database felt far more practical than other programs I had tried. I also liked how the onboarding flow guided me step-by-step through setting up my profile, understanding the automatic update system, and testing the telephonic support options. This made it easier to absorb the material rather than being overwhelmed by disorganized information. Compared to the last few trainings I attended, this one gave me more confidence to use the software efficiently in my actual workflow. I appreciated that updates were explained upfront in training, so I wasn’t caught off guard. Overall, the onboarding process ended up much better than I expected and helped me hit the ground running.
