Onboarding training experience was very smooth
I found the onboarding and training process very well organized. The initial setup was quite straightforward with clear instructions provided step-by-step. There were some one-off tasks like setting up my profile and configuring the calling tools which took some focused time, but once done, these settings didn’t require much adjustment. The database feature was introduced clearly during the training, and I appreciated how they explained ongoing tips for using it effectively within daily workflows. The software updates happened automatically without affecting my work which was reassuring. The trainers were responsive during the sessions and made sure all the initial questions were addressed before moving on. Overall, the experience was a good balance between comprehensive setup and sustainable ongoing learning, which made me feel confident to integrate the platform into my daily workflow.
