Onboarding took some time but the training was helpful
Starting out, I wasn’t quite sure how long it would take to get the software fully up and running. There were quite a few steps, including signing up, going through the database setup, and learning to use the dialer effectively. Honestly, it took a bit longer than I initially expected. The training modules were helpful, though, especially the ones focusing on the calling tools and workflow management. I found myself circling back to those sections a few times just to get more comfortable. The telephonic support was useful if I got stuck somewhere, which happened a few times during my early days. Overall, while the time to get going was not super quick, the onboarding did cover the essential parts well. It was a bit of a rambling process at times since I was juggling other work, but eventually, the setup felt solid. If anything, the thoroughness of training and guidance was the highlight, even if the actual setup pace was a little slow. So, patience really helped me get through it.
