Onboarding took some effort but wasn’t unmanageable
I found the sales and pre-purchase process to be passable though not without some friction. The hours during which I could access the onboarding sessions partially overlapped with my pre-existing work commitments, which made participation occasionally tricky. The sign-up flow itself was quite straightforward; information on payment and invoicing was clear. However, there was a slight delay in response time when I sought clarification on features during the initial days. Training was decent but required a fair amount of self-directed effort to catch up on modules missed during live sessions. Overall, it took some persistence to fit everything within my schedule but the tools offered eventually felt usable. The database features and dialer setup demanded attention but once configured, they integrated adequately into my workflow, despite the initial adjustment period. So, while the total effort was noticeable, it wasn’t prohibitive, and I could proceed at my own pace with some patience and organization.
