Onboarding took more setup than ongoing use
The training felt quite heavy during the onboarding phase, with lots of one-off configurations and instructions to follow. However, once those initial steps were completed, the ongoing use became much simpler. I found that most of the effort was upfront, and after that, the workflow became more stable. The instructional material could use improvement in clarity, which made the early days more confusing than necessary. Overall, the process wasn’t very smooth at first, but I do appreciate that the software’s everyday operation requires less intervention after the setup.
