Onboarding took more effort than my working hours allowed
Looking back, the training sessions felt poorly aligned with the actual hours I work. The modules required me to be active during periods when I was usually offline or busy with other tasks, which made it hard to keep up. Given my schedule, I had to constantly adjust when and how I engaged with the content, leading to frustration. The theoretical parts were fine but applying them during my working hours was challenging. In hindsight, more flexible timing options in training would have reduced that effort considerably. It was a commitment I underestimated, and that effort still lingers with me when I think about onboarding.
