When I first started with the training and onboarding, I honestly felt like some of the wording and labels could have been clearer. Like, there were moments during the step-by-step guides where I had to pause and really think about what they meant before moving on. It wasn’t always intuitive, which slowed me down quite a bit. The training did cover everything they promised though, so I wasn’t missing anything important. Over time, the words started to make more sense and I was able to connect concepts better as I went along. One thing that kept coming back to me was how some parts felt repetitive or scattered, which made me double-check instructions more than I wanted to. However, the support was helpful when I called, and that made a difference in getting past the tricky spots. Overall, the whole setup process took longer than I had expected at the beginning, but I did manage to get through it with some patience. I think if the labels and instructions were tightened up a bit, future users might find it smoother and faster.
