Onboarding took longer than expected, but was clear
I spent about two hours on the onboarding process, from signing up to completing the initial training sessions provided within the WFHI platform. Things were explained in a straightforward manner, step-by-step, which made it easier to understand each feature as I moved through the modules. There were no ambiguous instructions, and each training video was focused on one topic at a time. The examples used made the workflow logic easier to grasp, especially regarding how to manage remote tasks and calls. What stood out was the way the software introduced its database feature alongside the dialer during training, so I saw how they fit together operationally. I did take extra time to repeat some sections to get fully comfortable, but that was more on my pace than the quality of explanation. Overall, I felt the structured approach helped me onboard systematically rather than jumping around without context. While it did take longer than I imagined at first, clarity was never sacrificed for speed in the instructions. This made me confident about using the software tools in my daily work going forward, especially the calling and database management features in tandem.
