Onboarding took longer than expected but had pros and cons
When I started with WFHI's training and onboarding, I noticed it was quite different from what I'd encountered with other remote workflow tools. The initial introduction to their software was engaging and well-structured, with step-by-step guidance through the core features like the dialer and database management. However, the duration of the entire onboarding process felt lengthy compared to previous experiences I had. It took me a while to fully familiarize myself with the layout and how the automatic updates influenced the software environment. One positive aspect was their telephonic support, which was readily available and quite helpful during moments of confusion. On the other hand, some parts of the training seemed repetitive and could have been streamlined. Also, I found the invoicing and payment procedure a bit more complex than past tools had provided, which added to the overall time investment. Despite the time it took, I appreciated that the software allowed fine-grained control once I was up to speed, and these aspects probably make the initial investment worthwhile. In comparison, this onboarding took notably longer but did prepare me for a smoother workflow later on.
