When I first signed up for WFHI's training, I thought it would be a quick process, but it took about a week to complete all the modules and get comfortable with the platform. The onboarding itself involved several stages, starting with an introduction to basic navigation, then moving through calls, database use, and dialer setup. During the first few days, I was a bit unsure about how the dialer integrated with the calling tools, but the step-by-step guidance helped clarify things. The training videos were fairly clear, and telephonic support was available when I had questions, which was reassuring. The biggest plus was how the automatic updates made sure the software was current without needing manual intervention, so I could focus on learning rather than worrying about version compatibility. However, the pace felt slower than I imagined. It could benefit from a bit more streamlining or maybe clearer checkpoints to track progress. By the end of it, I felt confident in using most features for remote workflows but think a faster onboarding would help others like me. Overall, a positive experience that just took more time than I planned to get fully comfortable.
