Onboarding took effort, but mostly made sense
I found the training and onboarding steps to be generally in a sensible order, though it did require a fair bit of effort to navigate through all of it. Initially, the sequence of topics made sense and helped me build on each new feature progressively. However, I noticed that some of the modules expected a bit more prior knowledge or experience than I possessed, which slowed me down. Despite that, the guidance and resources provided helped me catch up without needing external assistance. The onboarding flow was mostly smooth, and it felt structured to cover key points logically. That said, a few sections could be streamlined or bundled better because there was some overlap that felt repetitive. Overall, I feel the effort I put in was worthwhile as I now operate the software confidently, though my experience wasn’t completely frictionless.
